The agreement between you and Coastal Carolina Tech LLC for the use of Dream Maker.

These terms govern your use of Dream Maker, operated by Coastal Carolina Tech LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at security@dmzdm.app if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You own your content. Your code, the memory your fleet builds and anything else you bring to the service remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and process that content in order to provide the service to you.
You agree not to use the service to:
You supply your own model provider credentials and are responsible for your agreement with that provider, including their fees and their acceptable use rules.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless agreed otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan changes are prorated. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affecting your plan.
We work to keep the service available and will publish incidents on our status page. Enterprise agreements may include a specific service level commitment.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of section 4, and will give notice and a chance to fix the problem where it is reasonable to do so. On termination you may export your content for 30 days.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the care it uses for its own, and will use it only to perform under these terms.
The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction.
